2. Cancellation by Student

Students or parents should inform Tutormila in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a class. Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to the applicable terms of the selected course or service.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain completed classes, used services, registration fees, or other specified charges may be non-refundable. Any applicable non-refundable charges will be communicated before payment.

5. Cancellation by Tutormila

If Tutormila cancels a paid service and is unable to provide a suitable alternative, the applicable amount may be refunded to the customer.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take several business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider or bank.
